Awesome All-Suite Hotel Near Attractions!

This hotel features very clean suites and includes a kitchenette. I also found that front desk and housekeeping employees were very reactive. Location is close to attractions, it is downtown and near transportation options. The breakfast included always is abundant and also features a great quality of products.
I noted classrooms are looking straight into the rooms. It happened to me to have little privacy. It would be better to find a solution to this issue.

The hotel is in the very center, on a quiet street near the Plaza de España. Nearby, many nice places exist to have lunch or dinner including some cafes and even a grocery shop are around. It is very convenient!

Rooms were clean when I arrived. The hotel also provided nice and neat rooms. I also had a large bed that allowed a good rest and avoid back pains. I appreciate it!

The Wi-Fi worked perfectly in the room. I had work to do, so it helped me a lot. I also noticed there was a lot of hot water. The AC was well-functioning too.

The breakfast was lovely and had a wide variety of pastries, meats, cheeses, yogurt, and fruit. They also propose great cappuccinos every morning. I liked the fresh and delicious items at the buffet.

The breakfast was acceptable, it had enough variety.
The shower leaked a lot, such a waste of water! The triple room I booked ended up being a double with a rather uncomfortable sofa bed (i was so disappointed). It wasn't what I expected for the price i paid.

i was disappointed with the room. we had booked a junior suite terrace, but the terrace was much smaller than it looked in the photos (almost unusable, really). this made it hard to sleep past 7 am.
